They are saying, its cpanels problem, contact them:
I have heard that the very latest EDGE breaks all MySQL functionality as used by Fantastico (Fantastico uses standard cpanel tags to communicate with MySQL). This may be the cause of the errors. In this case we can not provide any help until the functionality has been restored by cpanel.

However this needs to be confirmed, as for now we haven't confirmed it 100%

    You are not alone

We do experience this problem too. Mysql can't connect via fantastico and this is definitely due to EDGE build.

We have no choice because we can't go back to release... args!!!!

I hope Cpanel will fix this soon in Edge Build.

Seems the problem is with cpanel's tags:
Fantastico uses cpanel tags for a variety of tasks. CPanel has always been great in providing this tags and this is why Fantastico is possible with CPanel.

Fantastico uses standard cpanel tags to communicate with MySQL. This may be the cause of the errors

Cpanel, can you get Kosmo the new tags? Or fix the tags?
