Can't locate Advertising Forums

I've been searching forums threads and reading guides since 30 minutes but I can't reach Advertising Forums and I can't find information why. Could anyone help?

I believe, it has been disabled by the cPanel. If you are cPanel partners then only you can post your offer on the forum.

That's wierd. From rules it is evident that you are not allowed to place offers and ads elsewhere than at Advertising Forums so such a section should exist. What is more 'GUIDELINES FOR THE ADVERTISING FORUMS' doesn't say a word that you need to be a cPanel partner to post.

Are you wanting to post a job offer or what specifically? We prefer job offers are posted on a forum such as WHT (Web Hosting Talk - The largest, most influential web hosting community on the Internet) versus cPanel forums.
