All the control panels including Rvskin are down at hte moment. I dont know if this was a result of the R115 upgrade that occured last night or what but all user control panels are dead in the water including webmail.

I tried to restart Cpanel but got this;

Cannot access RVSkin and Can't locate Cpanel/cPanelFunctions.pm is a different issue.

What's your OS?
I am checking the issue. It seems occur in FreeBSD server. Please confirm.

The problem occurs due to the file permissions in /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/rv* is incorrect. It should be 755 instead 700.

Are you sure they are not related. All my Cpanel + Rvskin control panels are not functioning so it must be relelated to cPanelFunctions.pm.

For RVSkin issue, the problem has resolved. Please run update RVSkin to v6.87.
For Cpanel/cPanelFunctions.pm, you need to wait cPanel staff reply your ticket. It is not related issue, just coincidence.
