I'm having problems loggin in to WHM and cPanel on a new server

    https://accountIP:2087/ and
    https://accountIP:2083/

    doesn't work. I tried re-starting cpanel:

    /etc/rc.d/init.d/cpanel3 restart

One of the things that were returned were:

    Stopping Cpanel3 ssl services: [FAILED]

Does this mean that ssl services were not running proberly on the server since they couldn't be stopped?

I have set up hundreds of reseller accounts in WHM so I don't understand this problem. I have tried terminating and recreating the account but that didn't help. Does anybody here know what might be the reason for that problem and how to fix it?

    Thanks
    John

Maybe you already know, but just wanted to point out you can also login using ports 2082/2086 these are insecured.

Thanks for your input but it weren't, unfortunately, that easy. The IPs from the NOC didn't seem to be resolving to our server. They did something and now it works :)
