Hello.

I recently switched about 40 accounts from one server to another. All the accounts are fine save one. The site is active and where it's supposed to be (ping proves this) however when I try to login to cpanel I get a 404 page not found. When typing in www.theaccountname.com/cpanel it asks for the username and pass but then takes me to the 404 page (It even knows I'm logged in after that because when I leave the page and go back it doesn't ask for the user/pass but sends me right to the 404 page).

Again out of all the accounts that where transfered this is the opnly account that has this problem. Any ideas?

How were the accounts transferred?

Are you the server admin or a reseller/end-user?

Are you able to FTP to the account?

The accounts were transfered through WHM mostly. Some where done manually as WHM refused to transfer some of them.

I am the server admin.

Yes I can ftp to the account

Question: You sure that the domain is not pointing to the old server??

Like, thedomain.com/cpanel could be pointing to the old server, which could be why it makes that error
