Cant login to email - dns issue?

Hi all,

Recently for no apparant reason im unable to login to my email accounts via my client (barca)

It is only one account on the server im unable to login to (all others on the same server work fine) and the error i get is nothing more than "Login Failed"

Ive created the account and email accounts from scratch but still the same issue.

All i can think of is that as its the main domain for my servers and also acts as nameservers for my clients that the dns is somehow messed up, for example :

ns3.domain.com -> 209.**.***.186
ns4.domain.com -> 209.**.***.187
ns5.domain.com -> 72.**.***.202
ns6.domain.com -> 72.**.***.203

The account in question is located on ns5 & 6

Running a DNS report brings up:

Any help would be most appreciated with this and is you need any more information, please, just ask, i have done a full search on here and also gone 43 pages down on google looking for answers but no luck.
