Hi,

I am reinstalling Windows 10 as there are some issues with the Network Adapter after a Windows Update or some other thing. As I will have to reinstall my Webpage software I wanted to make sure the FTP settings were correct in my server hosting before I do all of that.

For some reason I can't log in to my hosting account. I had saved the login 2 years ago. I'm thinking the required type of password has changed and now I can't login. How do I reset these?

Thanks.

You must contact your hosting provider, cPanel staff can't reset your password.

@quietFinn is correct, if you're unable to access your account, you'll need to contact the hosting provider, this is not something we'd be able to provide assistance for here.

Hello, I removed the link, but cPanel is not a hosting provider, it is the creator of the Webhosting control panel, your Webhosting provider uses. You'll need to contact them for further assistance.

There is a similar problem, it doesn’t display some pages in the admin panel of the site. Although I’m sure that they are there, for example, this slot <3rd Party Link Removed> , there shouldn’t be any problems, everything worked before.
