Good day everyone, this is my first post cos I got no else idea to fix this, called the provider but can't keep in touch w them. Anyway pls take the time to read my problem and maybe if u got any idea u could share ur thoughts here it is:

I have a problem with the domain of my client. this domain is at example.com,
basically it has database, but it doesn't login with the right user/password with everything in correct phpmyadmin files.
However, I tried to put the files and database on my personal domain at domain.com/dulcet,
and everything is working, it logs in.

lastly, the two websites have different phpmyadmin settings cos my personal domain was made 2013 while my clients domain was just this june 2016

Hello,

Have you verified the domain user is added to the database via the "MySQL Databases" option in cPanel? If so, check the script configuration file to verify the database name, username, and password match what's created on the server.
