Can't make the backup Error: Bad HTTP response

    I don't get what is the problem, because the website is working fine.

    Hello,

    Can you please let us know which backup system are you using and what is your backup configuration? Have you setup the Remote FTP backup on your server ?

    Hi,
    i'm using the cpanel option of backup. the configuration is the default and it is setup to send to a dropbox.

    Could you elaborate on how it's configured to utilize a dropbox? Do you mean a remote FTP server?

    No , it is not a FTP server. it is configured to a dropbox account. And the test connection checks that is fine the destination.

    There is no native support for a DropBox destination. Could you post a screenshot so we can see what you are entering when backing up the account?
