cant open my website control panel [moved]

    cant open my website control panel

    Help please. My website hosting company gave me a web address to go to so i can edit my website. It is a cpanel web address the only thing is i cant get into it my computer wont let me it just says that it cant open the page or that it doesnt exist etc. Does anyone know why this is happening and what i have to do to fix it?
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    cPanel Access Level:
    Root Administrator
    You should contact your hosting provider about this problem.
    Also, if you keep double posting here the Admin /mods will be after you.

    i did tell them and we have being trying to fix it but we dont know whats wrong cause it works on there end but for some reason it wont open on my end. How do you get around a NAT firewall?

    Just a note; if you're behind a firewall/proxy that won't allow access to the cpanel ports you might try cpanelproxy.net. Chances are your webhost won't provide any support for this but you may be able to get it working for yourself anyway.
