Not sure whats up here.. Cant ping anything, cant wget anything but I can do this

/etc/hosts has the right IP, there is a dns entry for the host name. Correct settings on /etc/resolv.conf

cant even ping my own IP So why cant I ping or wget anything what am I missing?

When I ping it either times out or says destination unreachable... wget doesnt resolve
