cant receive email from hotmail

Hello Guys,
i have a problem when someone send an email from Hotmail to one of my client didnt receive. but with gmail and yahoo it works fine. any solution please?

Could you confirm if you are attempting to send emails to Hotmail, or if Hotmail users are unable to send to you? Please check the /var/log/exim_rejectlog file if Hotmail users are unable to send email to your server. You could use a command such as:

# exigrep hotmail.com /var/log/exim_rejectlog

Let us know if you see any specific errors.

my server got email from hotmail but when i want to send email didnt receive and i got the error.

It's difficult to know the specific reason why Hotmail blocked your email message. The error code listed in your earlier response indicates:

Mail rejected by Outlook for policy reasons. Reasons for rejection may be related to content with spam-like characteristics or IP/domain reputation. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your Email/Internet Service Provider for help.
