Can't receive mails / Problems with MX Records

Hi everyone,

I need serious help with an issue regarding DNS. I created my web some weeks ago but I'm unable to receive emails, even though I can send them from my web server.
The error message that appears on 'intoDNS' reads:

MX Records Oh well, I did not detect any MX records so you probably don't have any and if you know you should have then they may be missing at your nameservers!

Could anyone help me fix this?

Hello,

Could you verify if your domain name uses name servers that link to the cPanel server, or if they are linked to your domain registrar? You may want to reach out to your web hosting provider to determine how DNS is handled on the server, as this typically happens when you have not configured the name servers for your domain name at the registrar.

On a website such as IntoDNS, look to see what name servers are returned by the parent servers (it's the first section in the results) and determine if those IP addresses are added to the cPanel server or if they are utilized by the domain registrar.
