Can't receive the mail

    Hello every one,

    I am new here.
    Having problem with the email accounts.
    I am able to send email to other server accounts but not receiving mails.
    I am new to CPanel and not worked before.
    Please help me.

    Hello Bryan,

    Please let us know the domain name for which you are facing problem as there might be a possibility that domain is under propagation.. in that case you will able to send emails but won't able to receive.

    Hi Bryan,

    Being newbie you should check first the issue with your host because they must have shared much of the detailed information with you to get started.
    Check the domain for issues here intoDNS: checks DNS and mail servers health and concentrate on MX records for any errors or warnings & definitely there will be some as you are not able to receive emails and it can be Duplicate MX A records ERROR etc. Also paste the output here to get the issue resolved :)

    Greetings Bryan,

    Could you please explain the situation a little more specifically? Are you not able to receive email using an email client such as Thunderbird, Apple Mail, etc? Are you using the webmail clients through cPanel?
