    hi,

if you have admin access to the server try checking exim logs [ tail -f /var/log/exim_mainlog ] while sending mail to that account.
Make sure that the MX entry for that domain and name servers points to the correct server, check if the domain entry are there in /etc/trueuserdomain and /etc/localdomains

    thanks

Be sure you have reverse dns setup for your server. Usually this is set in your DC portal.

First sorry for my bad english and for all this dummy questons and thank you for your help

well after changing this in /etc/named.conf now is OK (reading this in the forums)
    from

    to

bit i have other problem now

when i do host from my server:

    [root@secure ~]# host corllete.com
    Host corllete.com not found: 2(SERVFAIL)
    [root@secure ~]# host secure.corllete.com
    Host secure.corllete.com not found: 2(SERVFAIL)

when i do host from other server server:

    [root@secure /]# host corllete.com
    corllete.com has address 207.218.240.242
    [root@secure /]# host secure.corllete.com
    secure.corllete.com has address 207.218.240.242

I don't know if this is a problem.

The both servers are in "The Planet" network. I just switch from one to onother
corllete.com is my primary domain and secure.corllete.com is my host name. I think ns1 and ns2 have a corect setup but who knows. I have requested PTR from DC this is what i emailed:

Also I've added a DNS zone following this utorial
    rDNS - Reverse DNS - Tutorial - http://forums.cpanel.net/showthread.php?t=69349

I'm not a guru in all this stuff. I switch from Ensim to WHM/cPanel and don't have knowledge about.
If you need more info about my server configuration please let me know.

PS: I know that sometime is better to pay someone for securing and configuring a new server. If you guys think this is the best to do, please recommend such kind of paid service

    Tank you again
