can't renew license

Hello,

I have one server license is expired July 1st, 2019 and cPanel extended to July 5th, 2019, now today is July 4th, 2019, I still can't renew a license, I few contacts to sales support few days, but still without a solution.

the sales support asked me the clear browser cache, then I try to use the incognito mode, but also not work.

finally, I just open the HTML to check, seen then still not enable the function



actually, I need to keep the server can run service for my client, so any idea I can renew the license now?
