I have searched the forums and followed several options. not one has worked for either account.
I have two accounts belonging to one customer who is having problems sending email through squirrel mail.

He is set to 2gb and only has about 456mbs in his email account and everytime he tries to send an email he gets an errror message telling him he can't send email because he is over his quota.

Any one have an idea what could be the problem here?

Just to clarify: the user has not reached their account quota and their email quota has not been exceeded either, correct?

    thanks for the reply,

The entire account itself is not over quota. I did find something very puzzling though.

When I was logged in to this email account and tried to send an test email it gave me the error that I could not send the email because I was over quota.
I had hit the back button in ie 7.0 and cleared out the ie cache and cookies than I was able to send out the email with an attachment with no problem.

I have not submitted this to the bugzilla yet as I am still trying to gather as much info I can before I report it as a bug.

    Regards,
