we can't send an email from Outlook, we received the following error:

message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

That's odd, but at least confirms the issue isn't an IP reputation problem or something on the server side.

When the message is marked as spam, does it give any other details in the bounceback you receive? At this point it sounds like a problem with Outlook, so there may not be much you can do on the server side to resolve the issue, but we would need more details to help troubleshoot.

  • Step One: Connect and log into WHM.
  • Step Two: Scroll down to Restart Services and click on it or enter "Restart Services" to the search bar.
  • Step Three: Click Mail Server (EXIM) from the list of available services you can restart through WHM.
