Can't send large numbers of recipients in the BCC field of emails with new cpanel

I upgraded cpanel and now users can't send emails with 100+ eamils in the BCC field.

How can I allow unlimited BCC recipients?

that is a technique used by spammers, so a lot of mail servers now have limits for how many bcc recipients a message can have before it is rejected

send an individual message to each recipient instead
