Can't send mail

    Hi,

    I'm running LRHE3 after upgrading cpanel/WHM i can no longer send/receive mail.

    When i try to send a mail from my home email account ( not related to my server ) to an email address associated with my server i receive this reply :

    Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

    The from: part of the message is an existing email account from my server, so it isn't some kind of spam protection.

    User nobody is allowed to send mails.

    I use ns1 and ns2.servermatrix.com as nameservers.

    Apparently, named isn't running. Is this required? How do I install or enable it? I normally don't run my own DNS server though.. only use ns1 and ns2.servermatrix.com

    I changed my /etc/resolv.conf to this:

    nameserver 216.185.111.10
    nameserver 69.56.222.10

    Before it was this:

    nameserver 127.0.0.1
    nameserver 216.185.111.10

    But it doesn't seem to help either :(

    I don't know if my /etc/hosts is correct:

    xx.18.xx.151 host <-- secondary ip batch i bought
    xx.93.xx.234 host.example.com host holvoet holvoet <-- main ip
    127.0.0.1 localhost

    /etc/localdomains is setup correctly

    I went back to cpanel STABLE (I had upgraded to release), but the problem still remains :/

    No worries, got it fixed. Seems cpanel update deleted /etc/exim.pl :( Got a copy in place now.
