Can't SSH into my site

Hey,

I'm unable to SSH into my site using Putty. Every tutorial I've found tells me to click on the SSH tab on my cPanel page but I don't have any options that deal with SSH. Any help??

You will not be able to use SSH to access your site unless your hosting provider has enabled shell access. Many hosts disable shell access for their customers. You need to ask your host if shell access is enabled on your account.
