Can't start Cpanel after upgrading to version 6

    Here is the message I get:

    Starting Cpanel6 services: /usr/local/cpanel/cpaneld: error while loading shared libraries: /usr/local/cpanel/perl/Cpanel/OS.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
    [FAILED]

    Where can I find OS.so file?

    I had this same problem, I just downgraded, and then did the upgrade again. Everything is working fine now.
