Cant submit a ticket in cpanel

hello everyone, this the thing I have been getting support from my cpanel and all of a sudden I cant post a reply nor submit a new ticket in my cpanel. do anyone have any idea why this happen. because i was getting help with an email problem that I have and now I cant continue because i can not submit a reply. please help

Are you speaking of cPanel Customer Support or did you have a ticket open with your Hosting Provider?

c panel with my hosting which is with these people, my cpanel with my phpadmin and all that stuff

You really need to try to contact your host directly. We (cPanel, Inc.) do not host Web sites or servers. We only develop software that many hosts use to automate their businesses. The only thing I can suggest is for you to look at your host's Web site for some alternative way to contact them, perhaps an e-mail address or phone number.
