Bad word: low.*rate

cPanel Technical Support
err how do I let cpanel know?? And how do I now submit a ticket..??

FWIW I certainly did not use the 'bad word' low.*rate anywhere in the ticket....

Go on, have a guess
If it will allow, you could send an email to [email protected] outlining the problem and they should be able to whitelist you. If that also fails, you could try from a different email source if you have one (e.g. hotmail, etc).

How did you request the support ticket? If it was through WHM, have you tried using the web form instead:
https://tickets.cpanel.net/submit/index.cgi?support=1
