Hi, In CPANEL it won't let me uninstall, the portal is called "PHPWebsite" i click pre-pare to uninstall, then it comes up with a new browser and says "Operation completed. Close this window and proceed with removal." then I click on the next button under it called "remove PHPWebsite" and then it loads for a few seconds and "refreshes" itself, and that's all it does, and I go check and phpwebsite is still there, nothing uninstalled. Can anyone please help me here, what do I do I have no idea.

    Thank you,

    KyRo.

These are the things i've tried doing to try and help fix it, but no budge:

Clear all cookies in internet explorer and firefox.

Clear all visited sites in internet explorer and firefox.

Used both internet explorer and firefox, both encounter the same problem.

    Restarted my computer.

I understand you have lives, jobs and wives. But there has to be a faster way to get a response & help, do you have an australian forum board where australians go and give help? just the time differents is difficult.

    Thank you.
