    Hi,

    A customer contacted me that his account was suspended, but there was no reason to find why it was. I tried the unsuspend function but it doesn't work. Tried to suspend then unsuspend, nope again.

    cat /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

    [2012-10-04 22:06:41 +0100] warn [suspendacct] You do not have permission to modify quotas. at /usr/local/cpanel/Whostmgr/Quota.pm line 140
    Whostmgr::Quota::setusersquota('account', 0) called at /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/suspendacct line 195

    Whostmgr::Quota::setusersquota('account', 2500) called at /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/suspendacct line 245

    I run /scripts/fixquotas.
    I checked his quota with du -h in his user folder to make sure he is not over quota..
    Chowned his files/folders.

    Still no fix, anyone any idea what is the solution?

    Using WHM 11.32.5 (build 11)

    Hello :)

    Please make sure the domain name resolves to your server. It's possible it resolves to another server and the suspension page is from there. If that's not the case, please update the password for this account via the command line:

    Code:
    # passwd username
    Then, change it's password via Web Host Manager and try suspending/unsuspending the account.

    Thank you.

    That message is generated when the reseller account used to unsuspend lacks the WHM Quota ACL.
