Can't Update cPanel Installation Out of Date

    Greetings,

    I want to upgrade my cPanel/WHM to 11.40 version but during update process am getting error & when i come on main page it will show this error.

    Please let me know how to resolve it.

    The touch command, "...is the equivalent of creating or opening a file and saving it without any change to the file contents."
    /http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Touch_%28Unix%29

    You'll need to create that file in that location, as the message states.

    You'll need root level access to run the command. Do you have root access to that server? Have you looked at the link to that wiki article I linked you to? Example commands are provided there.

    yes i have root level access.

    To create a file using touch, specify the path to the file to be created after the keyword 'touch'

    # touch /var/cpanel/exim.unmanaged
