Cant' upload fille through Cpanel

    Hi There,

    When I try to upload a file from control panel , when I click on upload option , then the it doe not tak any action seems to be hang.but I can uplaod via a ftp client.

    Please assist me how to resolve this with the reason behind it.

    Hi Izzee,

    The versions are as follows: -

    WHM 10.8.0 and cPanel 10.8.1-R30

    Also I have tried with /scripts/upcp --force but no hopes :(

    Any other suggestions for this?

    Maybe firewall try upload something without see if it happens

    Are you having File Manager issue with all the domains on the server or some specifc domain? I have faced this problem but in my case the permissions on the folder was not correct ,check at your end too.

    Yes I am facing this problem for all domains on the server.

    I have tried with mozila as wel as IE but the same thing is happened.

    Have same issue on server. Can't figure out what's wrong there. Any suggestions?

    How big of a file are you uploading?

    Recently a client of mine had this issue, they could not upload via FileManager in cPanel. However I was able to just fine and in FTP aswell.
