This is occurring as a result of an improperly formed URL query string in squirrelmail's code. The string in questions was being built as 'read_body.php&sendreceipt' rather than 'read_body.php?sendreceipt'.

I could be mistaken, but this error message is PhpMyAdmin related.

same error here, just started today...

getting tired of every update breaking something... time to change some things I guess.

opened a ticket with cpanel. Sitting and waiting and taking calls from angry customers.

don't know what this means but squirrelmail used to be in /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/squirrelmail

now I can't find it anywhere in the /usr/local/cpanel tree...

    /scripts/cpanelsync httpupdate.cpanel.net /cpanelsync/CURRENT/src /usr/local/cpanel/src

    followed by

    /usr/local/cpanel/install/webmail

    solved it...

I think a upcp --force would also fix it
