CardDav and CalDav using Cpanel

Is there any way to use CardDav and/or CalDav in Cpanel?
I think that Horde ver 5.1.1 should have support for Carddav and Caldav. How do I access it from a mobile device (or thunderbird + Sogo extensions)?

Old post, I know, and I still don't know if this feature is available.

I needed this feature and it kind of works by accessing your webdisk webdisk.yourserver.com though there are a few occasions that my program for sharing the calendar (Microsoft Outlook) sometimes has an issue syncing, but I whitelsted my IP addresses on the server and it seems fine.
