[Case 100901] ClamAV does not delete, disinfect, or quarantine infections

    Helllo,

    I am running mail directory scan using ClamAV using the cPanel interface.
    The scan finds several treats but it ignores all of them regardless if I try to delete, disinfect, or quarantine.

    mail/[...]: ignored
    mail/[...]: ignored
    
    Cleanup Complete!
    
    What could be causing this?

    I have tried with the 3x theme, and I was able to successfully disinfect. So it seems the problem is in the paper_latern theme.

    Internal case number 100901 was opened to address this issue. It's resolved as of cPanel version 11.44.1.0:

    Fixed case 100901: Fix virus quarantining in Paper Lantern.
