How do I get around this?

I used the command scripts/pkgacct user to create my backup.

[[email protected] /home]# /scripts/restorepkg user
It looks like you are trying to restore a backup for the user “user”.
cPanel restorepkg
Restricted: “no”
Allow Reseller Privileges: “no”
Searching for “user”’s account archive …
The system will attempt to restore the archive file “/home/cpmove-user.tar.gz”.

Hello :)

Was there anymore output after the "Account failure:" message at the end? What version of cPanel is installed on your system? Do you have sufficient disk space available to restore the account?

Thank you.

Same case: "Skipped: The “Account” restore module failed because of an error: at AccountRestoration:_run_restore_system_module:385" - this message at the end.

/scripts/restorepkg un123
It looks like you are trying to restore a backup for the user “un123”.
cPanel restorepkg
Restricted: “no”
Allow Reseller Privileges: “no”
Searching for “un123”’s account archive …
The system will attempt to restore the archive file “/home/cpmove-un123.tar.gz”.

Internal case number 105621 is open to address an issue where restoring a cpmove archive fails when it's stored in the "/" directory. Please monitor our change log for the inclusion of a resolution for this case. In the meantime, you can move the archive to any other directory (e.g. /restore) before attempting the restore.

Thank you.
