On 3 of my cPanel DNS Only server I am seeing this below after upgrade to WHM 11.48.0 (build 7).

WHM Home » Security Center » cPHulk Brute Force Protection

Thank You for installing cPanel & WHM.

In order to access the interface, you will need to make sure that the software license on this server is active and installed.

Your license could not be activated because:
Cannot Read License File

First, go to License Verification - cPanel Inc. and enter the public IP address of this server to make sure it is licensed.
If licensed, try running /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt from the command line as root.
You'll also need to make sure that port 80 is open to contact our license server and that your server's hostname is a FQDN.

If you don't currently have a license, you can obtain a trial license by registering at the cPanel Store and requesting a trial under Free Services.

You can purchase/lease a license directly from cPanel or from one of our Partners

Once the license on this server is active, you will no longer see this message. If you have installed a license since loading this page, click here to reload.

Internal case 160901 is open to address an issue where the cPHulk Brute Force Protection page in WHM shows a "Cannot Read License File" error after updating to cPanel 11.48. Please monitor our change log for the inclusion of this case number:

Thank you.
