AIM usernames can now take the format of email addresses, but WHM will not accept a username in that format. Is there a(n upcoming) fix that I'm perhaps not aware of? I searched but I couldn't find anything. Maybe I just missed it.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

It appears that we've previously identified this issue and our developers have already resolved it. An update containing this fix should be back-ported in the next few days.

I've attached the case number to this thread title for ease of finding the case in our changelog:

CPanelVersion1128 < AllDocumentation/ChangeLog < TWiki

Simply check for case 46566 in the changelog to see what version it is released into for 11.28. Once it does appear in the changelog, then you can go to this location to check the recent versions for each tier to see if it has reached your tier:

Downloads - cPanel Inc.

To check the version and tier on your system, you can run this command in root SSH:

Code:
cat /usr/local/cpanel/version
