There is a slight bug in the latest version of cpanel in the Basic Setup page, where it says: "

The ICQ ID that this server should use for login to ICQ when sending alerts. To disable or fine-tune ICQ notifications, go to Contact Manager. You can register for a new ICQ number here."

If I click there to go and get one (https://icq.com/register/) it comes back as a suspicious connection, looking into it I checked the certificate and it is only valid for these domains, thus bringing back the error: www.icq.com , xtraz.icq.com

Basically, that should be linking to www.icq.com not icq.com.

    Hello Monotoko,

I've opened up a case #47962 and flagged this thread with that case number.

Please note that, going forward, it is preferred to use the "Bugs" link at the top of this forum or go to http://go.cpanel.net/bugs to report a bug.

    Thanks!
