    The way to resolve is already indicated in the forum thread:

    Code:
    yum install file
    There is an internal case about this issue (#51199) on issues with plugins not installing when the "file" rpm is missing.

    Everyone experiencing this issue, please submit a bug report either via tickets as mentioned above or by going to http://go.cPanel.net/bugs or by clicking the Bugs link at the top of the page. This will let us:

    - Get more information about what's causing this issue so we can implement a better fix
    - Give this issue higher priority among our developers, more reports = higher priority = faster fix.
    - Email you when this is fixed.

    I am closing this thread, but everyone experiencing this issue, please let us know. If you have problems submitting a bug report, just drop me an email to sales@cpanel.net and I'll route your email into the bug system from our end :).
