[Case 51473] List suspended accounts on new server are not showing after transferred the domains

Hi,

we have just noticed that List suspended accounts on new server are not showing after transferred the domains
from old server.

we have just transferred 100 domains from WHM A to WHM B using Copy Multiple Accounts/Packages From Another Server

10 of them are suspend on WHM A and those are not showing in WHM B server "List Suspended account"

we have checked and confirmed that 100 accounts are successfully transferred but question is List suspended accounts on new server are not showing after transferred the domains.

Are these accounts still suspended or no?
Yes these are still suspended on both old WHM A and new WHM B, but i am confused why these are not showing on new WHM B "List Suspended Accounts" options, is this issue from my side or cpanel/ WHM side, you can try to copy any suspended account one whm server to another, and check is it showing in list suspended account option or not..

I have been searching on this forum and came to know that it's 6 years old issue and cpanel staff have not looked into this issue and tried to fix, here is the link http://forums.cpanel.net/f5/suspended-accounts-dont-go-suspended-list-60188.html this is the same issue which i am facing right now. it's a WHM bug i think.... cpanel guys are actively looking on their own product issue i am not sure why missed this one.

Hi,

Sorry for the late update, it's a cpanel product issue, you can try to copy any suspended account on some other cpanel server, and i am sure it won't show in list suspended account on remote cpanel server...

just try it out man!

An internal case is open to address this issue. For reference, the case number is 51473. There is currently no time frame available on when a resolution will be made available.

The workaround for now is to suspend, then unsuspend, the affected accounts after the transfer.

Do you know if this case number was ported to the new feature request system? If not I'd like to open a new request.
This is not a feature request, but rather a bug that's open in our internal bug reporting system.
