[Case 55764] How to offer PHP 5.3 parallel to PHP 5.2

    Interesting this issue, I use on my server php version 5.2.17 I want use parallel also php 5.3
    how to do? to give users a choice.

    It is not currently possible in a default cPanel configuration to use two minor versions of the same PHP major version concurrently. This will probably not happen until EasyApache 3's successor is developed, as part of our overall shift to using RPM packages instead of compiling from source. EasyApache will be the last cPanel component to be changed from source to RPM.

    There is already at least one feature request for this:

    Allow to install multiple PHP 5.x versions | cPanel Feature Requests

    I recommend you add your voice to that feature request. Our developers look carefully at the feature requests and this helps them to plan and prioritize changes to the product.
