[Case 75385] Missing email accounts after transfer

Hello,

I am using the single + multi account transfer option in CPANEL to transfer accounts
from directadmin to cpanel server.

For files it is working perfect.

I am facing the problem that after each import I must manual add e-mail account information to cpanel. After adding the e-mail account the e-mail data from that account will be availble on cpanel.

Do someone know why account information must be added manual again and is not coppied over as the rest?

I already tried running /scripts/mailperm

There is an internal case open to address this issue. For reference, the case number is 75385. The resolution is included in cPanel version 11.38.2.2. Could you ensure you are on the "Release" or "Current" build tier and update cPanel if it's not already using version 11.38.2.2? Let us know if the issue persists for new transfers after the cPanel update.
