[Case 82677] Download Profile doesn't create a file but only raw like data profile page

The topic title says it all.

I'm used to downloading a file with the profile when I click on Download Profile but now I get only page with raw like profile data that is not so much human readable.

I upgraded recently to Apache 2.4 and PHP 5.5.
