Catch-all problem

    I have a client that set up the catch all account on email2@domain.com . However when ever e-mail sent mail to email1@domain.com it went to email2@domain.com. Email 1 is the main account but i even tried adding a new e-mail account with the same name as the main account and it still fails. Do you guys have any ideas?

    Sounds like you have email2 setup to point to email1 either in the default address or under a forwarder in cpanel.

    email2 is set as the default address but, i dont understand where the mail from email1@domain.com is ending up at email1. There are no forwarders.

    If there are no forwarders setup, what doed your default address list? email1:email1 or email1:email2@domain.com or.....

    To make sure I have this straight:

    any email sent to possible@possible-world.org ends up getting forwarded to ofer@possible-world.org correct?

    and xxx@possible-world.org goes to ofer@possible-world.org correct?

    try removing email1 and re-adding it to the system.. seems a configuration file prolly got mucked up.
