I have a client that set up the catch all account on email2@domain.com . However when ever e-mail sent mail to email1@domain.com it went to email2@domain.com. Email 1 is the main account but i even tried adding a new e-mail account with the same name as the main account and it still fails. Do you guys have any ideas?

Sounds like you have email2 setup to point to email1 either in the default address or under a forwarder in cpanel.
