Catchall delivery to cpanel_username account failing

Hi,

Catchall delivery to [email protected] is failing with this message

550-The mail server could not deliver mail to [email protected]_hostname The account
550-or domain may not exist, they may be blacklisted, or missing the proper dns
550 entries. (state 14).

All the DNS entries are file and also the entry is /etc/valiases/domainame is
*: cpanel_username

Any ideas
