Is there any known problems running CentOS 5 and cPanel?? Will this combination be fine? Should I downgrade to 4?

    Thanks

The only problem you might have is with named views.

    /scripts/fixnamedviews --force

will take care of that though.

Any issue with 64-bit centos 5 either, versus 32-bit?
