    Hi,

Who else is extremely frustrated like me with the problems CloudLinux causes when converting CentOS 6 servers?

I've previously opened a ticket with Cpanel months ago where the problem was not recognised, and then after recently installing CloudLinux thinking it may now be fixed the problems still occur - had to uninstall again.

    Problems are:

1.) doesn't manage memory well at all
2.) r1soft backups crash servers - may not be a CloudLinux issue but since both CL and R1Soft are supported/promoted by Cpanel they should be compatible.

    Any similar stories?

    Regards,
    Suhail.

We have installed cloudlinux on severa centos 6 servers and never had a problem.

Try submitting a support request directly with cloudlinux and see if they can help directly.

I've upgraded to Cloudlinux from CEntOS 6. All seems good.
