Looking to upgrade a server soon and want to move to 64 bit, are there any current issues with cPanel / WHM and 64 bit Centos ?

Just note, If you would like to go with 64-bit because of the memory limit in the 32-bit, This problem have a solution to increase the limit of the 32-bit to work with 64GB of RAM. You can install PAE for your kernel and that will work great with like mine. Working on 8GB of RAM with 32-bit system.
