I'll be upgrading my CentOS VPS to a Dedicated server within a few months time.

The company I'm getting the dedicated server from offers RHEL at no extra charge.

My question is, would, or should I use RHEL instead of CentOS? As far as I am away, CentOS IS RHEL without the support and is a few weeks behind in updates.

Would using RHEL change anything in a negative way compared to CentOS?

    Thanks.

If you're getting RHEL free then use it over CentOS anyday. Main reason is you'll get the latest updates as soon as they come out. Plus sounds better to customers since RHEL is enterprise paid, whereas CentOS is enterprise free.
