Centos - Yum Update -Y

    I am used to running on Centos "yum update -y" when I want to update the OS to the latest packages. Now that I have cPanel installed, would I continue to do this or does cPanel handle OS updates now for me?

    cPanel Access Level:
    Root Administrator
    The equivalent is performed during the nightly upcp cron job. However, kernel packages are excluded from the yum update during upcp.
