    This client wants to receive ALL mails, good bad or ugly. I have successfully exempt them from RBL checking......but still some mail goes missing.

    I cannot find where the central_filter is or how to disable it. My exim System filter file (leave blank to disable) IS BLANK.

    Here is log line showing deleted incoming mail:

    /var/log/exim_mainlog:2007-11-02 13:02:23 [21659] 1InzuY-0004vp-2h => /dev/null <user@xyz123.com> F=<user@xyz123.com> R=central_filter T=**bypassed** S=0 QT=1s DT=0s

    ADVICE??? (Please)

    You're looking for /etc/cpanel_exim_system_filter :)

    It's not cpanel_exim_system_filter

    I wish that was true, but I renamed it a week ago:

    oot@atlas [/etc]# dir cp*
    -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 3201 Oct 24 23:21 cpanel_exim_system_filter.BAK
    -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 10809 Sep 6 19:42 cpanel_exim_system_filter.orig

    I think you have either a domain-level or user-level filter in place that is shitcanning messages above a certain spam score.
