Certapay getting blocked

Hello all,

Does anyone have experience in allowing interac email transfer from certapay through? I have my EXIM setup to verify sender, and any payment emails from certapay are rejected with something like this:

sender verify defer for <[email protected]>: could not connect to payments.certapay.com [216.220.45.139]: Connection timed out

Can anyone help me out?
