Hi all

When logging on to my whm or cpanel for my sites and my clients sites we get a 'Security Error: Domain Name Mismatch' warning. Its claiming the certificate belongs to the server that hosts the sites.

Its not fatal as you can proceed past it but it is annoying and even more so in IE7.

Can anyone suggest what the problem is and a fix please?

you can't solve that. if customer connect to cpanel by using his domain name and use SSL protocol for connection he should use own SSL certificate. SSL certificate may be issued for one domain (wildcard SSL certificate do not regards to your case, because they used for multuply ALIAS of domain, but domain itself still be a same domain).
Possible way, just for avoiding annoying securiy warning, just add your server to IE trust zone.
